Job Description
To handle new line applications, account verification, queries, etc.
To accommodate order & service requests and online payments.
To resolve customer concerns related to line application, billing inquiries and the like.
To make customers and their needs a primary focus of one's actions; developing and sustaining productive customer relationships.
Minimum Qualifications
Graduate of any Bachelor's degree course
Good to Excellent English communication skills
At least 1 year call center or BPO experience
Amenable to work on Dayshift schedule (4:00am to 1:00pm)
Can start immediately
Willing to work in Fort BGC, Taguig
Salary Package:
Compensation package - up to P28,000 (depending on qualifications)
HMO from Day 1 (including 3 dependents)
Paid Training
Reimbursable medicines up to P10,000 per annum
