Function as a restaurant reservation concierge handling: reservations, chat and SMS
Support, customer notifications and receipt processing.
Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:
Has 1 year of BPO experience
Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
Amenable to work on shifting schedule
