Function as a restaurant reservation concierge handling: reservations, chat and SMS
Support, customer notifications and receipt processing.
Actively and consistently support efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
Make and modify reservations by web, email,Phone,SMS.

Communicate effectively with users and restaurants in US
Qualifications:
Has 1 year of BPO experience
Excellent English, written and verbal communication skills
Amenable to work on shifting schedule
