Qualifications:
At least senior HS graduate with or without CC experience.
Must have an average typing speed and excellent communication skills.
Strong phone skills i.e. diction, active listening.
Ability to communicate and interact with a variety of people.
Ability to make quick and smart decisions under pressure.
