As the company’s Customer Service Representative, you must:
 
Attend to customer calls attentively, politely and in a timely manner.
In charge in customer service calls ticketing and handling customer complaints.
Remind encountered customers for payment due.
Updates job knowledge by familiarizing self of product information, features, specifications and other related work processes that may use in customer orientation.
Give earliest promise date to customer based on calendar dashboard.
Adheres to standards and guidelines of service calls ticketing.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will receive:
