ISTA Solutions is pooling for candidates for one of our customer service accounts. This position is open for experienced professionals who are willing to work for a customer service role, to work on site and for night shift.

Responsibilities include:
Provide immediate support to customers by answering their inquiries
Troubleshoot issues, and escalate to next department if needed
Meet deadlines as provided by the manager and client
Selected candidates will earn a package between 21-25,000 inclusive of:
Basic Salary
10% Night Differential
Perfect Attendance Bonus
HMO with Dependents
18-PTO Credits convertible to cash
Requirements
Minimum Experience of 6 months to a year of CSR Experience
Excellent English Communication Skills
Can work on site, for Night Shift at Makati
