Assists online clients in their orders and payments. Ensures on time and in full delivery of items to customers.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
Computer Literate - MS Office
Advanced level of proficiency skills in MS Excel
Can work under pressure and can handle difficult customers
Results and goal oriented
Can work with minimal supervision
Ability to learn new skills
With good communication skills
With excellent customer service
Possesses the ability to work effectively with people from all levels
Must be able to adapt to organizational changes

TECHNICAL SKILLS
1. Processes clients' order using a platform
2. Uploads new titles in the system
3. Updates stocks in the system
4. Assists clients in ordering using the platform
CUSTOMER SERVICE
1. Assists online clients in their orders
2. Manage clients payment system
3. Respond to telephone and internet queries and ensures effective communication is taken and maintain customer service level.
4. Seek ways to improve service delivery
5. Provides customers status reports and progress updates. Seek customers feedback and ensures needs have been fully met.
6. Recognizes adverse customer reactions and develops better alternative.
7. Prepares Invoice and Collection Receipt to Customers
INVENTORY MANAGEMENT
1. Replenishes stocks in the system
2. Monitors availability of stocks in the system
3. Ensures accuracy of packaged and delivered items
DATA AND REPORTS MANAGEMENT
1. Uploads price list updates.
2. Prepares Retail OPN for E-Store
3. Prepares Request for Payment to Accounting Main
4. Prepares On-Time and In-full Report
5. Provides Sales report for E-book to be submitted to Accounting Main
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
1. Coordinates with Digital Marketing and Digital Group
2. Coordinates with courier partner related to delivery status and updates
3. Coordinates with branches regarding stocks availability and transfers
