Here are the standard qualifications for our North Accounts:
At least 18 years of age
A Filipino citizen or hold relevant status
Must possess basic web navigation skills
With good-excellent communication skills
Must be conversant, energetic and emphatic, able to ask logical questions
Able to multi-task
Must have an ability to understand the customer’s needs.
Willing to start immediately
Preferably with 1-6 months call center experience, but not required as long as communication skills requirement is met.
Must be amenable to work on shifting and graveyard schedule in Teleperformance North Sites (Antipolo, Baguio & Vertis North)
Must be amenable to work onsite
