We also provide quality assurance, automation test, technical support and business process oursourcing services to our US and European clients. Our office is located at Unit 1401 TGU Tower, Cebu I.T. Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Philippines. Our current clients are among the Fortune 1000 companies.
We currently have a requirement for:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Responsibilities:
The main task will be taking inbound calls and assist customers with their questions and concerns
Will be assisting customers through email and chat
Will be helping out for lead generation and customer retention projects through Outbound Telemarketing calls and email campaigns
Requirements:
At least 2 years solid experience in BPO as CSR/TSR/Telemarketer
At least 1 year solid experience doing Phone Support – Inbound and Outbound
Very good English communication skills both Verbal and Written
Knowledge in Customer Service Etiquette (chat, email and over the phone)
Willing to work on night shift
Willing to work on weekends and overtime if needed
Can work independently with very minimum supervision
Reliable and committed for a long-term work as CSR Phone Support
Problem solver and with very good analytical skills
Fast-learner and has the ability to learn system and tools quickly
Telemarketing skills & experience is a plus
