Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides prompt, courteous, and professional service to our customers through live chat, email, or phones;
Takes simple Inbound Sales Calls and ensures that customers' orders and needs are fulfilled. This includes cross- sell/ up sell to office supplies, as needed;
Provides exceptional post sales customer service via email, live chats, and other marketplaces. Inquiries will include order status, payments, refunds, troubleshooting, and basic information about products and services;
Accomplishes important back office and offline tasks to ensure that orders are fulfilled on a timely manner;
Demonstrates the ability to effectively handle difficult customers;
Ensures operational and technical issues are communicated to the management team;
Executes in- house programs to ensure service levels and objectives are met;
Follows and compliess to prescried process work flow;
Ensures that all emails and messages are answered in a timely manner.
Qualifications
Call center experience is an advantage;
A penchant for achieving metrics;
Excellent Communication Skills;
Very Good Problem Solving Skills;
Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City in night shift schedule;
Possesses impressive typing skills;
Hard worker, critical thinker, and detail- oriented;
Solid understanding of basic computer skills (Windows, MS Office, Operating Systems, and the Internet);
Knoweldge and E- Commerce, Online retailer, and catalog service experience is a plus
