What we're looking for:
SuperStaff is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives who will take inbound and make outbound calls regarding healthcare requests, common questions and pursue one call resolution for health share providers. The Support Agents will work with a number of other internal insurance departments to ensure that healthcare providers and service partners receive accurate health share information as determined by the Membership Guidelines and Provider policies.
Essential Duties:
∙- Answer incoming calls from providers and follow-up with outbound calls as necessary.
∙- Resolve general provider issues by phone or email.
∙- Identify and escalate issues as necessary.
∙- Recognize and document trends or problems that may arise in operations and alert management when needed.
∙ -Provide accurate health share information and service to providers.
∙ -Obtain and review medical records as necessary.
∙- Ensure member information and eligibility is accurate and up to date.
∙- Explain detailed information regarding the eligibility and enrollment of members to providers.
∙- Is coachable and willing to learn.
∙ -Capable of providing the greatest customer service experience possible.
Skills Required:
∙ -Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
∙ -Self-motivated, goal-oriented individual
∙- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
∙- Work independently and in a team environment
∙ -Strong computer skills and working knowledge of the Microsoft Suite & G Suite.
∙- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills as the majority of time will be spent on the phone
∙- Familiarity with medical policies and procedures and HIPPA
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Customer Service, BPO
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Healthcare experience preferred but not required
This is a temporary work from home post. We will be conducting interviews to shorlisted candidates via Viber or phone due to COVID-19.
