Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly and hard-working
Customer Service Agents to join our growing team and that could be YOU!
The individual in this role will be responsible for making and taking in
calls, fielding customer questions, and resolving first-line concerns. The
ideal candidate has an outgoing and positive demeanour, energetic work ethic,
and have a track record of working well with others in a team environment.
Job Description:
-Assess and address inbound calls and attend to email/chat inquiries and
concerns
-Probe and discover the needs of the customer and provide the appropriate
response
-Validate and keep up to date to online market prices and trends
-Meet KPIs and service objectives by providing customers' positive
experience
-Log all transactions accurately and follow up with customers as needed
-Other ad hoc tasks as necessary
Requirements
Applicants must have:
-Associate or bachelor's degree
in any field
-Minimum 2+ years of experience in voice and non-voice campaigns and
customer service
-Experience in high volume environment
-Experience in handling phone and ticket channels
-Background in US healthcare/medical account is an advantage but not a
requirement
Successful applicants will be those who have the following skills or experiences:
-Demonstrable experience in building professional relationships and
networking
-Strong creative, computer, and interpersonal skills
-Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
-Amenable to work-from-home permanently on a night or graveyard shift
Work from Home Requirements:
-Has a wired internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
and a back-up connection (dongle/pocket wi-fi)
-Has own PC/Laptop with 8GB RAM and a
noise-cancelling headset
-Has conducive private room/home office station and no
background noise
