Duties & Responsibilities:
Prepares action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
Follows up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
Identifies sales prospects and provide tools in building promotional activities.
Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Develops and maintains sales materials and current product knowledge.
Establish and maintains existing client and potential client relationship.
Manages account services through quality checks and follow-up.
Identifies and resolves client concerns.
Participates in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and telemarketing events.
Follows-up for collection of payment.
Coordinates shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.
Prepares in the development, preparation and writing of sales proposals and provides financial feasibility studies to ascertain the viability of the project.
Prepares a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
Prepares presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Develops and maintains sales materials and current product knowledge.
Communicates new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity.
Coordinates with Administration and Technical groups to accomplish the work required to close sales.
