Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with experience in the Travel and Tourism industry to assist customers with travel-related inquiries, bookings, and ticketing. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience handling travel arrangements such as flights, accommodations, and tours. Knowledge or experience in scuba diving and diving activities is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding travel inquiries and services
Assist customers with travel bookings, reservations, and ticketing (flights, accommodations, tours, etc.)
Provide accurate information about travel packages, destinations, and schedules
Manage booking changes, cancellations, and customer requests efficiently
Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of concerns
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Qualifications:
Experience in travel and tourism, travel booking, or ticketing services
Background in customer service and handling calls
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience using booking systems or travel platforms is an advantage
Knowledge or experience in scuba diving or diving activities is preferred but not required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bookings
Good to Have:
Experience with travel booking systems or GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo)
Knowledge or interest in scuba diving and marine tourism
Experience handling international travel arrangements or tour packages
