What you’ll need to qualify:
Completed at least 2 years in college or currently in pursuit of either (high school graduates with call center experience are encouraged to apply)
Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills
Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
Preferably with related working experience in the healthcare industry – customer service-oriented skills such as empathy, active listening, and resolution-minded aptitude is a plus
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
Technology and work environment requirements for the job:
Have the right connection – a home internet connection that is >15Mbps (you may do a quick check through Fast.com)
Computer – we’ll supply and deliver at your doorstep
Must be able to hard-wire (via ethernet cord) directly into your home modem
Must have a quiet workspace that is within a reasonable proximity of your router so that you can plug in while working.
What your typical day will consist of:
Provide strategic advice and help small to mid-size businesses get the best return on investment on their business' advertising investment by working closely with them in a consultative role.
Consistently deliver against assigned quota, while prioritizing and delivering outstanding customer sales experience to clients.
Implement creative ways to improve our clients' relationships, tailor and share performance-enhancing suggestions, and up-sell or promote other products.
Communicate with small to mid-size proactively, via phone, email, and video conference.
