​Summary/Objective:
Superstaff is looking for Sales Associates who will work within Member Services to drive new membership sales. A successful Sales Associate is expected to be friendly, persuasive and be able to understand the customer's requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.

Essential Duties:
 Answer incoming calls from sales prospects to generate new members
 Make outbound calls to sales leads to generate new members
 Utilize sales scripts to provide information about membership pricing and offers
 Convert prospects to members by demonstrating how the membership and services meet their needs
 Ensure accurate data entry into systems of relevant prospect details
 Keep records of calls and record useful information in Salesforce
 Skilled in problem solving
 Works independently and within a team
 Supporting customer sales inquiries or product inquiries.

 Excellent telephone voice & communication skills
 Able to track calls, prospects, and appointments through Sales Force
 Ability to follow and adapt scripts
 Sales skills to handle objections and close appointments
 Organization skills, dependability, honesty, and integrity
 Ability to organize sales prospect information
 Ability to communicate complex healthcare information
 Ability to be compassionate while selling
 Ability to manage multiple priorities
 Function independently and responsibly with minimal need for supervision
 Establishing and maintaining customer service through effective interpersonal communication, both verbal and written with internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
Required language(s): English
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Communications skill, Sales, Customer Service
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Financial Services (Insurance, Unit Trust, etc) or equivalent.
BPO experience an advantage
Experience in Inbound and Outbound would be an advantage.
Work Schedule: Monday-Friday- 8:00pm to 5:00am or 11:00pm to 8:00am
