Job Customer Service Representative
Email communication on processing and follow up
Demonstrate strong writing skills within a structured process
Customer support through email and phone
Resolve queries of the customers by encoding the standard replies through e-mail / chat within the assigned turnaround time.
Build customer relationships as part of the service process
Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer-related issues Inform customer of current promotions and new or updated products
Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new promotional offers and programs
Average to excellent communication skills with high comprehension
Atleast 40 WPM typing speed
Strong ability to handle customer objections
Knowledge of basic computer operations
