Customer Service Representative retail | iloilo onsiteV-Call Center Link (VCC Link) Inc

Responsibilities:
Answer call inquiries pertaining to products and services of customers.
Resolves product or service problems and issues or complaints.
Provide solution/s to issues or complaints.
Provide excellent customer experience.
Qualifications:
Candidate must be have at least completed 2 years in college.
Good to Excellent English communication skills.
No work experience required
Amenable to work onsite (Iloilo Area)
Willingness to work on graveyard shift.
Willing to Start ASAP.
Must have complete non-negotiable requirements such as: SSS, TIN, Pag-ibig, PhilHealth numbers.
