QUALIFICATIONS
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Mass Communications, Psychology, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
No work experience required.
Preferably Less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Smart and personable
Excellent oral and written communication skills
With good interpersonal skills
Willing to work in Supplies department
RESPONSIBILITIES
Entertains phone calls and sales inquiries.
In-charge of handling clients wo bought Kyocera copiers and printers covered by Philcopy Metro Manila offices
Assigned at the reception/showroom tohandle walk-in clients
Sends toner sales quotation to clients with new machine installation
Close monitoring of newly-installed machines covered by the Philcopy Metro Manila offices
Receives request for supplies sales quotation
Personal visit to clients (if the need arises and upon approval of immediate head)
Reports and recommend all things that would be for the improvement of the sytem
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the sales support manager from time to time.
