Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously to assist customers with insurance-related inquiries and issues.
Provide accurate information regarding insurance policies, claims, coverage, and benefits.
Assist customers in processing insurance claims, policy changes, and premium payments.
Document customer interactions in a clear and concise manner using our CRM system.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Maintain a strong understanding of insurance products and industry regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6-12 months of BPO experience is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [Specify Language].
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to navigate computer systems, use CRM software, and multitask effectively.
Knowledge of insurance terminology and previous experience in an insurance-related role is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in insurance or related fields is advantageous.
