Job Responsibilities:
-Assist customers in understanding and learning more about their healthcare benefits
-Assist customers in processing their medical claims according to their medical policies
- Explain medical coverage and benefits to customers
-Assist customers and medical practitioners
-We are also looking for PHRN or Registered Nurse or Nurses in the Philippines to support our medical
account
-Earn 24000/month
-13th and 14th month pay
-HMO day 1
-20% ND
Qualifications:
-Must be a graduate of BS Nursing
-Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in the Philippines (PHRN)
-With at least 2 years clinical experience (non-BPO)
-BPO experience is an advantage
-Willing to work in Quezon City and Muntinlupa City
We are also looking for USRN or Registered Nurse or Nurses in the United States of America (USRN) to
support our medical account
-Earn 37000/month
-13th and 14th month pay
-HMO day 1
-20% ND
Requirements:
-Active USRN license (Mainland state only)
-License must still be active for the next 3 months
-Active PRC License
-2 years clinical experience in a hospital or clinic setting
