Requirements:
Candidate must have 2 years and up BPO experience
Candidates with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
Candidates with basic proficiency in spoken and written English
Candidates with positive attitude and willingness to learn & improve communication skills
Comfortable with technology like MS office applications and internet browsing
Amenable to working on a night shift schedule
Must be able to work in our site.
