Job Description
About this role:
In this role you will assist branch employees in answering product queries for existing bank customers. You will also maintain a positive business relationship with all bank employees.
In this role, you will:
Present, promote, and sell products and services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost benefit and needs research of existing and potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Identify customer needs and deliver products that meet their needs and expectations
Identify leads and educate prospect customers through presentations and calls
Provide support to existing customers
Provide recommendations on products and services that best accommodate the customer
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal and external customers
Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience interacting with people or customers, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
