JOB DESCRIPTION:
Ability to deliver world-class customer service.
Support sales team by working with new accounts and delivering a seamless transition to our customer service.
Notifies Logistics of customer disposition of returns.
Receives incoming customer orders/releases and pulls existing GKN paperwork.
Initiate customer calls and answers general questions regarding company products and services.
Schedules customer pickup requests in our database.
JOB QUALIFICATION:
Candidate must possess at least a High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Amenable to work for fix dayshift position.
Can start ASAP.
Candidate must have at least 20mbps internet connection at home.
