Job Description
Our client is a full-service auto body facility - From repairing small dents and scratches to heavy collision repair our technicians are I-Car certified to handle all aspects of your repair need.
Client is looking for a Customer Service Representative - Dispatcher that will mainly focus on answering customer query and determine how to best improve or changes its products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop administrative and procedural processes
- Receive and address incoming calls (from customers, partners, vendors, and team)
- Focus and execute tasks with care and superb attention to accuracy, and operate on own initiative with follow-through
- Perform detailed data entry, including analyzing field data accuracy in CRM
- All data and information required to be manually entered in software must be done as quickly as possible, preferably within minutes of receiving the task
- Other Adhoc task may be required for this role
Requirements:
- Open minded, versatile, problem solver and a good listener
- Previous Dispatcher experience is a plus but not required
- At least 2 years of customer service experience in a BPO set up is a must
- Must be comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers over the phone
- Previous experience using DAT Load Board, Central Dispatch and/or RingCentral is a plus
- Must be versatile, problem solver, and good listener
- Fast learner, and adaptable to meet my client's satisfaction
- Must be organized, professional and available to be reached if needed
