Outforce Inc., is looking to fill the dedicated role of Customer Service Agent for an Australian based client - Movie Card

Movie Card was launched November 2017. Their focus is providing the newest way to give the gift of cinema throughout Australia by combining the favourite Australian cinemas on the one gift card - choose from more than 60 independent cinemas!
About the position
The Customer Service Agent are the back-end support to customers who will puchase, activate and use the gift card product of Movie Card. The Customer Service Agent must present themselves well over the phone with excellent English proficiency, should the need arise for them to speak to any customers and be confident in their ability to ensure the customer has all the necessary assistance required.
Responsibilities
● Conduct Inbound customer service activating prepaid card, hotel card and others
● Perform a simple registration task using Microsoft Excel
● Perform any other duties as may be assigned by Manager.
● Transfer calls to the appropriate department when needed.
● Effectively resolve customer issues/concerns
● Respond to customer to all inquiries and requests
Skills and experience:
Previous experience within a similar role in a BPO Company of at least 2 years
Strong English communication skills - written and verbal
Team player with ability to work autonomously
Ability to multitask and use initiative
High level Customer Service skills
Proficient in MS Office - Excel and Word
Proactive and flexible with a strong work ethic
The successful candidate must bring a competent level of experience in order to be seriously considered.
