We currently have 2 open position. 1 work week will be Sunday - Thursday (6:00am - 3:00pm) and the other one will be Tuesday - Saturday (9:00am - 6:00pm).
Experienced Helpdesk operator covering emails primarily as well as chat and some calls.
Experience in rewards programs preferred but not essential.
Loves giving an amazing customer experience and is willing to help.
Solid understand of Cloud based systems.
Willing to work from office in Alabang from day one.
Weekend overtime during campaigns is available.
Excellent communication skills is a must.
