Responsibilities:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
Process refund + cancellation requests upon approval + track them through Google Sheets
Seek personal improvement wherever possible
Create custom orders upon approval
Fulfilling orders

About The Position:
- 25 hours / week(Scaled to 40 hours + OT opportunities within 1-3 weeks of being hired)
Shift 1: 7 AM MST - 3:30 PM MST
Shift 2: 12:00 PM - 8:30 PM MST
(30 min unpaid break is included in the shifts)
Your Compensation:
- Starting pay: C$2.95 / HR
Fluent English with a great personality;
Good grammar as you will be in a customer-facing role;
