Job Description
E-commerce Customer Service Representative responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders through platforms. (Shopee, Lazada, Email/Chat)
Assist customers with product selection, answer basic questions, and suggests various product options that are available.
CSR ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
Responsibilities:
Provide knowledgeable answers to customer phone and e-mail inquiries regarding products and brand.
Deal with orders in the back office and liaise with logistics.
Follow-up on all customer requests to ensure the brand provides the highest level of customer service in the industry.
Assist customers with after-sales service issues.
Be a primary contact for customer inquiries about our products and brand.
After-Sales (Chat Support)
Willing to work on-site.
