Duties include:
Enters and processes customer order in timely manner
Assists customers and colleagues by providing product information, availability and pricing of items and quotations
Assists sales process - alias with customer and logistics to provide excellent service in delivering goods
Receives basic technical enquiries on products
Provides solution for customers enquiries
Strive to provide a high level of customer service to our clients
QUALIFICATIONS:
Data entry with 99% accuracy and customer service/technical support experience
Order processing experience is an advantage
Has intermediate PC skills
Average to excellent English communication skills is a must
Energetic, self-motivated and has positive focus on customer service
Must be willing to work in Alabang
