Description
Provides customer service regarding pricing and availability, order placement, order inquiries, order maintenance (add, cancel, approve, routing options, approve air order), and accurately answers general product inquiries in a timely manner. Assists customers on basic returns (credit, warranty, repair, stock returns), credit and debit requests, shipping issues like shortage, overage, etc. which may require them to do research and analysis.
Responsibilities
Make sure that information on products, orders, and answers to customers' queries are correct and are being attended in a timely manner and ensure that quality scores are met and reported errors are within threshold. Attend product training and pass the assessment by the end of the fiscal year.
Adheres to handling time, service level, abandonment and specified targets for tardiness and unscheduled absenteeism for each month as well as the utilization target. Also expected to complete internal and external requests within the prescribe period.
Works closely with team mates, counterpart and supervisor to be able to assist customer without having to transfer them to another department. Performs applicable cross and up selling initiative to close at least $15,000 sales each month.
Exceeds customers' expectations and requirements by ensuring that first call resolutions are provided to customer to maintain customers' trust and brand loyalty. Gather necessary feedback from customer and making sure that it is being relayed to the right department for us to build better relationship with RIDGID customers.
Requirements
Any 4-year course
At least 1 year experience in customer service functions
Good English communications skills.
Close attention to detail, follow-up, extreme sense of urgency and perseverance.
Strong Team Effort mentality & Interpersonal Skills
Resolve Internal and External customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
Ability effectively and independently performs all duties with the least amount of supervision.
Multi-tasking skills.
Fixed Graveyard Schedule
Requires sitting for a long time.
Use of headset or earphones.
