Job Description
We are looking for motivated and customer-oriented individuals with at least 6 months of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry to join our Customer Service team. As a CSR in the Travel Account, you will assist travelers with their inquiries, bookings, and issues related to travel arrangements. Your role will involve providing exceptional customer service, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth travel experience for our clients.
Qualifications:
At least 6 months of BPO experience (international Voice)
Above average to Excellent English communication skills
Work onsite
