Compensation details- Basic- 18,000-25,000+3,000 allowance

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who has good communication skills. Someone who can deliver exquisite customer service to our clients.
Here are your tasks and responsibilities:
Make inbound and outbound calls and address customer concerns accordingly.
Deliver quality customer service to agreed quality standards.
Make sure that tasks and responsibilities is completed on allocated work hours to define your productivity.
Own and manage customer complaints timely and effectively
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of Senior High school or has completed at least one year in college.
Must have at least 1-4 years experience in customer service.
Excellent in oral and written communication skills and keen to details, accuracy and completeness.
Computer literate (basic knowledge)
Team player with a strong customer service orientation
Must be willing to work full time and shifting schedules
