The Role
About the role:
We are looking for a rock star to join our customer success team, support customers when they need help, and turn them into ambassadors of Aspire.
Actively seek solutions to the difficulties faced by customers, and help customers to use the Aspire platform to operate their business
Handle inbound queries from customers and provide technical and product support via multiple channels (email, chat, WhatsApp, phone)
Build knowledge on Aspire and financial products & services to be able to help clients with advanced questions
Work closely with our other teams, such as the onboarding, compliance, product, and marketing teams, to resolve issues and escalate opportunities for improvement
Engage customers proactively at key moments in their lifecycle with Aspire
Liaise with other departments as required to resolve customer issues and questions.
Ideal Profile
What will you need?
Min. 3 years experience in a customer-facing role
Loving it to talk to and help customers
Proven track record & experience in customer success or sales
Positive get-it-done attitude and proud to contribute to the success of a fast-growing startup
Great communication skills
Strong interest in learning all about fintech and financial services
