Job Description
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, Engineering, Finance or other relevant background
At least 1-3 years of Monitoring and Evaluation experience in the related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Good level of proficiency in Microsoft and quantitative analysis
Ability to work harmoniously with other Mechanics and Employees
Ability to train and build capacity of others
Good in both oral and written communication skills
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
In-charge of all armored and operational needs of clients in the assigned area.
Monitor the deployment, maintenance, operational needs of vehicles in the assigned area.
Coordinate with accredited shops as far as maintenance of deployed vehicles in the area.
Coordinate with motor pool section for the rescue, maintenance and repair of vehicles deployed in the area of responsibility.
Entertain inquiry of clients, follow-up payments, and complaints of drivers.
Evaluate and recommend approval of requested spare parts for the province by the accredited motor shops/mechanics and Monitoring Officers.
Scout prospective repair shop and spare parts supplier if needed.
Perform other functions that may be assigned from time to time.
