• Responder llamadas y responder correos electrónicos
• Manejar las consultas de los clientes tanto por teléfono como por correo electrónico
• Gestionar y resolver las quejas de los clientes.
• Brindar a los clientes información sobre productos y servicios.
• Dar seguimiento a las llamadas de los clientes cuando sea necesario
• Documente toda la información de las llamadas de acuerdo con los procedimientos operativos estándar.
Cualificaciones básicas:
-Al menos Graduado de la escuela secundaria / Graduado de la escuela secundaria superior
-Sin experiencia en call center pero preferiblemente con 6 meses de servicio al cliente
-Excelentes habilidades de comunicación en inglés.
-Disponible para comenzar lo antes posible
