MAJOR ROLE AND CONTRIBUTION/s
1. Manages the front-line customer service representative.
2. Directs with the CS team, customers and collaborates other functional areas, and Management to assist the department in reaching its goals.
3. Acts as escalation point for major customer concerns.
4. Facilitates orientation and training to customer service representative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma/Master's Degree in any field.
Experience in the setup, development and operation of customer service environment , with minimum of 3 year customer service management role.
With strong leadership background that can handle problems quickly and efficiently.
Excellent in verbal and written communication skills.
Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools.
Strong client-facing and communication skills.
Advance troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
Can start ASAP
Willing to accept Project-based contract.
