Duties and Responsibilities:
Mostly doing data entry and amendable to do voice tasks
Identify customers needs and provide solutions or alternatives
Referring unresolved customer grievances to supervisor
Handling volume Inbound and Outbound calls in a definite time frame
Qualifications:
Technically Proficient (Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet)
Good English Communication Skills
With at least 6 months - 1 year BPO experience
Experience in billing for Medical/Healthcare/Insurance is a plus
