Job Customer Service
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing customer service support according to the scope of work and service level requirements also includes ensuring call quality and quantitative standards are observed in meeting customer care needs and resolving them in a timely fashion.
What we are looking for?
- Highschool Graduate or equivalent
- At least 6 -12 months of BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer-oriented attitude
- Willing to work in Cubao, Quezon City / shifting schedule
- With a 30K Signing Bonus
