Job Description
To provide support to customers in handling inquiries and other general customer service support via phone, and e-mails.
Line of Business: Order Processing
Processing, releasing orders & inquiries
Order Management/ Tracking Inquiry
Handling calls and emails for Price and Availability
Resolving complaints and issues
Line of Business: Mobility Services
Handling customer enquiries in writing and by telephone in English. You will support customers with their extensive requests concerning various digital topics such as vehicle applications and the like.
In case of challenges with booked services in the vehicle you are the first point of contact and present possible solutions to the customer in 1st or 2nd level support.
Forwarding technical issues to the appropriate departments is just a part of your responsibilities aside from communicating with specialist centers. You will also educate our customers on the existing digital product portfolio.
Qualifications
Working practice: Strong attention to details and accuracy. Good interpersonal skills & ability to work with diverse environment
Experience: 1 year of customer service associate experience. Basic knowledge in SAP system is a plus. Basic to advance MS application skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Languages: Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
Schedule: shifting schedule
