Maintain good customer relationships
Collaborate with team members to ensure overall customer satisfaction
Performs other tasks assigned by immediate supervisor
Requirements
Great verbal and written communication skills
Knowledgeable in social media and e-commerce platforms
Good multitasking and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft application and Google Docs
Graduate of any 4-year course
Experience in customer service is a plus!
Willing to work in Pasig City
