Job Description
Conduct service assessments, repairs & installation on authorized products on-site and in-shop of kitchen appliances used in cooking and cooling such as but not limited to stovetops and cookers, refrigerators, etc.
Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Must be able to effectively communicate diagnosis and needed repair to the customer in a professional manner.
Report to the Service Admin and Supervisor status of all assignments
Determine part(s) required & submit detailed information to the Service Admin for job-specific parts as needed.
Maintain functionality and safeguard all company tools, including hand and power tools.
Job Qualification
Possess high emotional intelligence (EQ); have a pleasant, patient and positive, friendly attitude;
Can easily adjust and adapt to different emotional state of customers; capacity to take criticism and negative feedback
Excellent written and oral communication skills (high command of English Language) and with strong detail orientation and communication/listening and negotiation skills
Computer-savvy - knowledge technical support issues related to internet connectivity' experience with Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office experience with Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office .
Working knowledge of company products, policies and practices
Multi-task by adjusting from one call to another without loss of efficiency and composure
