We are hiring Customer Service Associates (Voice) for our office in Cebu City, Philippines, to handle incoming customer service calls for a major US mobile wireless carrier. Customers calling in will need help with their bill, plan, coverage, technical support, and more.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Actively listen to customers to understand concerns & build a rapport that will make them feel heard.
Prepare responses to customer inquiries based on pre-determined scripts & procedures.
Discover solutions using tools & resources to help resolve the customer's problems.
Provide information about the customer's current plans, products, & services.
Identify & promote new solutions in the form of selling products & services that align with the customer's needs.
Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracy.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma or its equivalent
Entry-level job with a minimum of 6 months BPO experience
Strong command of the spoken and written English language
Customer-focused personality & a desire to help people.
High computer proficiency & overall technical knowledge
Professional positive attitude & courteous telephone etiquette
Must be willing to work 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) & holidays.
