RESPONSIBILITIES:
Actively listen to customers to understand concerns while establishing a rapport with customers
Provide information about their current booking & assist with new bookings
Gathers information, researches concerns, and provides resolution
Identify & assess travel offerings to customers that align with their needs
Navigate through multiple computer applications with speed & accuracy
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Graduate
6-12 months of BPO Call Center Experience
Advanced English-Speaking Skills
Willing to work US Hours (overnight shift) + holidays & weekends
Customer Focused Personality
