Duties:
Manage customer information and ensure date is properly processed and recorded
Assist customers through phone calls, email and chat system
Will handle other duties/projects as assigned
Provide excellent display of customer service.
Qualifications
Candidate should have at least completed High school or SHS graduate
Must have good English communication skills (written and verbal)
Must have an average typing speed
Willing to start Asap
Must have the following own resources:
*AT LEAST i5 W/4 GB RAM LAPTOP OR DESKTOP
* 15 MBPS INTERNET CONNECTION
* NOISE CANCELLING EARPHONES
*WINDOWS 10
*WEBCAM (IF LAPTOP CAMERA IS NOT AVAILABLE)
