CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANTAGUILA AUTO GLASS

1. Respond immediately to customer queries either by phone, e-mails and social media account/page.
2. Familiarize the product to respond to the customer and clients accurately.
3. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints.
4. Report customer complaints and queries to the immediate head in a prompt and timely manner for immediate issues.
5. Log and record all interaction with the customer/client
6. Other task that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification:
1. Graduate of any four (4) year course.
2. With at least 1 year experience as customer service representative.
3. Excellent oral and written communication
4. Can handle multiple accounts.
5. Detailed and result oriented
