Customer Service Assistant - Telcoin Corp.
Telcoin is a consumer finance company focused on providing customers with low cost, high quality financial services via blockchain technology, legacy banking, and mobile financial services infrastructure.
We are a team of telecom executives, start-up veterans, finance professionals, all-star developers, and blockchain specialists looking for a full-time Customer Service Assistant in our Philippines office.
Key responsibilities:
Provide information and updates of Telcoin's products and services to customers and partners.
Assist customers who are victims of fraud.
Handle enquiries and assist customers in relation to services requests, product issues and complaints.
Review customers' complaints and feedback from different social media platforms.
Spot scams and fraud on social media platforms that may affect Telcoin and its customers.
Work closely with Telcoin's local and regional partners to ensure compliance on company and regulatory standards on customer services and management.
Required experience:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited university.
2+ years of previous work experience as Customer Service Assistant or equivalent at a bank or regulated financial technology under the National Payment Systems Act (NPSA) and previous regulatory regimes.
Good understanding of the local financial services regulatory environment.
Fluent English, possessing superior communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
High level of patience and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
You can demonstrate your attention to detail and focus.
Must pass NBI check and credit check.

You have a keen interest in blockchain technology and cryptocurrency regulations.
You possess specific knowledge of the remittance industry.
You have experience in an entrepreneurial environment or working with a distributed team.
Location: Taguig, Philippines - Combination of office hours and work from home.
Pay: Competitive, dependent upon experience, with performance bonuses and other incentives possible.
