Serves a U.S. based client by providing a service through monitoring and regulatory compliance.
Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
To handle a number of issues in regards to monitoring and compliance for our client's website.
To coordinate and report to supervisors in regards to monitoring and compliances issues.
To maintain a high quality of results in regards to monitoring and compliance.
Customer Service Representative Skills and Qualifications:
Attended college but not necessarily a college graduate.
B.P.O. experience is an advantage but not required.
Fluent in English (Oral and Written).
Must be Computer/Internet literate.
Able to analyse and solve problems in a timely manner.
Able to adapt with shifting schedules.
Must be able to multi-task.
Must be highly motivated.
Must be able to work within a company setting.
