Job Descriptions
Develop & maintain relationships with new & existing customers
Assists customers and members through the overall experience from arrival to departure of the facility
Identify new sales and businesses opportunities
Ensure a high level of customer service
Develop plans to have a high level of customer/member retention
Generate sales leads through outbound cold calls
Engage with customers via social media platforms
Opens customer accounts by recording account information
Maintains customer records by updating account information
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer feedback and analyzing customer needs
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Engage clients and generate new leads via CRM platform
Reach out to different corporate partners regarding team buildings or special membership packages
