Drives the Customer Business Strategy, customer planning & trading term agreements
Ensures and directs adherence to all Company principles and policies including Nestlé trade policy, local Sales policy, local Trade Terms,Safety and legal regulations
Finds customer opportunities to support and build customer plans and initiatives.
Accountable for the achievement of Customer KPIs (Sales Ach, Growth, CTS, Cycle Plan Execution, Distribution, etc),
Drives selling, negotiation, and execution of the customer plans (commercial and operational level)
Facilitates & executes the Customer Engagement strategy to support long term Customer Business Strategy (CBS)
Collaborates with CCSD, Supply Chain & relevant Marketing team on Corporate & Customer related initiatives
Ensures and manages the execution of the order to cash process
